Ox heart
Sliced in thin thin steaks, flash grilled for 30 sec. With horseradish creme, red cabbage beetroot salad.
And pigs tail: brine, braise low and slow!
Mix a pinch of English mustard into egg mix, bread with breadcrumbs and fry. Finish them in the oven.
